Earn points through purchases and eligible member activities.
2. Check Your Points
Log in to your account and open the Rewards Panel at the bottom-right corner of the website to check your points balance.
3. Redeem Rewards
Use your points to redeem available discounts and selected free product rewards.
4. Enjoy Your Benefits
Apply your reward to an eligible order and enjoy your member benefits.
🎁 Ways to Earn Points
Shop & Earn
Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent.
When you're logged in, eligible product pages will show the points you can earn from purchasing that product.
During special points promotions, such as Double Points events, the points displayed on the product page will reflect the applicable promotional earning rate.
Special points events may be available from time to time. After logging in, you may also receive a Rewards notification when an eligible promotion is active.
🎂 Birthday Bonus
Get 50 Points on your birthday.
Add your birthday through the Rewards Panel to receive your birthday reward.
Birthday points can only be earned once per year. Your birthday must be added at least 30 days in advance to qualify.
⭐ Member Day
Enjoy Double Points during Member Day events.
Member Day benefits and event dates may vary. Please check the latest Member Day announcement or your Rewards Panel for current offers.
💎 Loyalty Milestone Bonus
We love rewarding members who continue to support Honkai Shop. 💜
As a thank-you for your continued support, Rewards members can receive a one-time bonus point reward based on their highest eligible lifetime order milestone.
🎁 Order Milestone Rewards
5– 9 Valid Purchase Orders → 500 Bonus Points
10–19 Valid Purchase Orders → 1,200 Bonus Points
20+ Valid Purchase Orders → 2,500 Bonus Points
How to Claim Your Bonus
Have you reached a milestone?
Contact our support team at support@honkai.shop. We’ll verify your eligible order history and add the corresponding bonus points to your Rewards account.
Please Note:
- Milestone rewards are not cumulative. Customers will receive only the reward amount for their highest eligible milestone reached.
- Each customer can claim one milestone reward only.
- The reward level is determined by the number of eligible orders at the time of claim.
- Only valid purchase orders count toward the milestone.
- Cancelled orders and non-purchase orders (such as after-sales replacement orders) are excluded.

Free Product Rewards are special, limited-time offers. Available products, required points, redemption periods, and quantities may change throughout the year.
Check your Rewards Panel for the latest available Free Product Rewards and redemption requirements.
Free Product Rewards are available while supplies last and may end without being replaced by the same product.
🎉 Rewards Program Launch Bonus
When our Rewards Program was first introduced, eligible existing customers received a one-time bonus of 800 points as a thank-you for their continued support.
This was a special launch reward for qualifying customers at the time and is no longer an active way to earn points.
If you received this bonus previously, the points were automatically added to your Rewards account.
