Our rewards program is here to thank you for your ongoing support! Earn points, redeem exclusive rewards, and invite friends to share the joy.

🌟 How It Works

As a store member, you can earn points through purchases and activities, and redeem them for valuable discounts. You can view your points balance anytime by logging into your account and accessing the Rewards Panel at the bottom of the site.

If you’ve already subscribed and created an account, there’s no need to register again — simply log in to start earning and redeeming points.

🎉 Special Reward for Loyal Customers

To express our gratitude for your continued support, long-time customers who have placed multiple orders in the past have automatically received 800 points in their accounts.

We will send an email notification once the points have been added.

🎁 How to Earn Points

  • Place an Order — Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
  • Celebrate a Birthday — Earn 50 points

Please note: Birthday points can only be earned once per year, and customers must enter their birthday in the Smile panel at least 30 days in advance to be eligible.

During Member Day (held on the third Thursday of each month), all orders will receive double points.

🎯 How to Redeem Points

You must be logged into your account to redeem points. Rewards can be applied directly during checkout or copied from the Rewards Panel.

Current redemption options (listed from lowest to highest):

  • 100 Points → $5 off coupon (no minimum order)
  • 300 Points → $10 off coupon (applies to orders over $80.00)
  • 500 Points → $15 off coupon (applies to orders over $100.00)
  • 800 Points → 10% off coupon (applies to orders over $150.00)
  • 1000 Points → $30 off coupon (applies to orders over $200.00)
  • 1500 Points → 15% off coupon (applies to orders over $300.00)

Important: Rewards redeemed using points cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions in the store.

We may add more exciting rewards in the future, so stay tuned!

👯 Referral Rewards

Invite your friends and enjoy mutual rewards:

  • As the Referrer, you’ll receive a $5 off coupon.
  • Your Referred Friend will also get a $5 off coupon, applicable to orders over $30.00.

There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer!

🔑 Membership Notes

To earn and redeem points, customers must log into their store account.
All reward activity and balances can be checked anytime in the Rewards Panel.
