Other Problems
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will either split the order or wait for the item to become available before shipping. Existing items in the order will be held while we wait for the item.
Package Problem
Unfortunately, we only have access to as much information as is provided on the tracking page. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or confiscated by the carrier, and orders will not be refunded in these cases. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier company. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.
